At Fortaleza Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. This is in alignment to Fortaleza's Return Policy on Amazon. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Amazon's customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and once  your package is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
