Yes, the M1 is designed to be a one-size-fits-all solution for the Herman Miller Aeron® Classic and Remastered style chairs. In regards to sizing, it will also fit on the A size (small), B size (medium) and C size (large) chairs.

Unfortunately not exactly. The Fortaleza M1 Headrest is a high quality and breathable mesh. It comes in two mesh styles that closely resemble the Carbon, Lead and Graphite colors offered by Herman Miller®.

No, the Fortaleza M1 Headrest was designed specifically for the Herman Miller Aeron® chair.

The headrest has been tried and tested. If it is used in a manner as intended, it will not damage your Herman Miller Aeron® chair. We will not take responsibility for any damage unless related to manufacturer defects of the headrest only.

Honestly, there isn't much to it. Included in your purchase of a Fortaleza M1 Headrest is: the headrest, the supporting clamp, hex key and hex socket bolt. It's that simple.

2 years since the date of purchase. If the Fortaleza M1 Headrest has a manufacturing defect which does not permit it to be used as advertised, we will replace the product. Please note that the warranty is void if the product is used in an unintended manner and is damaged beyond typical usage. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover any damage outside of the headrest itself.

Register your product within 90 days of purchase to obtain your 2 year warranty from the original purchase date.
